O level had ended. class chalet over. now is time to work. working is so stress! one week of training has passed. i feel so dumb. ytd had start to ans the phone. first time ansing the call, feel so nervous and when i was speaking, my voice was shivering. today is the second day of answering the calls. everyday will met a troublesome, terrible tp? tday i was being insulted by a tp. i cant blame him or angry because its really my fault. who ask me dunno how to speak fluent english. feeling down after that call. reach home and keep thinking abt it. i cant continue to be so timid. i must face the problem! i am going to try my best to answer it. i'll continue to keep trying and practising. practise makes perfect. tml will be a brand new day.
